Pleo is a Danish business spending platform founded in Copenhagen in 2015, offering smart company credit cards, expense management, and spend analytics for European businesses. Employees get individual Pleo cards (virtual and physical Mastercard) with pre-set spending limits, and purchases are automatically categorised and reconciled with accounting integrations for Xero, QuickBooks, and Dinero. Pleo operates as an e-money institution regulated by Finanstilsynet (Danish FSA) and holds a PSD2 licence across the EU. All data is processed within the EU under GDPR.
