How the site is run
eualts.eu is served over HTTPS and runs on a Hetzner server in Germany. Sign-in for the submission form uses FjordID, a self-hosted OpenID Connect service, so EU Alts never sees or stores passwords. Code and deployment secrets are kept in GitHub. EU Alts holds no security certifications (such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2); we are a small, independently run project and say so plainly.
Report a security issue
Email admin@eualts.eu with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not access other people’s data or disrupt the service while testing. We will acknowledge reports and fix confirmed issues.
Report a wrong claim
Listings state hosting, headquarters and CLOUD Act exposure, and each positive claim is meant to be sourced. If a listing is wrong, or you represent the company and want it corrected, email the address above with the page URL and a source. Corrected pages are re-checked before we promote them.
