About
Planhat is a Swedish Customer Success platform founded in Stockholm in 2014, providing customer health scoring, churn prediction, renewal management, playbooks, and revenue analytics for B2B SaaS companies. It aggregates data from CRM, product analytics, support, and billing to give Customer Success managers a complete view of each customer's health. Planhat stores data in EU data centres with GDPR compliance and a DPA. It integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Stripe, Intercom, and dozens of other tools. Planhat is used by hundreds of European B2B SaaS companies as a EU alternative to Gainsight (US-based) for managing post-sale customer relationships.
