Leapsome is a Berlin-based people enablement platform founded in 2016, combining performance management, employee engagement surveys, learning and development, OKR tracking, and compensation reviews in one integrated tool. It is used by companies such as Spotify, Bolt, and Babbel as the operating system for people development. Leapsome stores all data in German data centres under GDPR compliance, is ISO 27001 certified, and provides a DPA for all customers. It integrates with BambooHR, Personio, Workday, Slack, and Teams. Leapsome is the EU alternative to Lattice (US-based) for companies that want a comprehensive performance and engagement platform without sending employee evaluation data to US systems.
