Better Stack is a Czech monitoring, on-call, and status page platform founded in Prague in 2021, combining uptime monitoring, log management (Logtail), incident management with on-call scheduling, and public status pages. It checks monitored targets from multiple EU and global locations every 30 seconds. Better Stack processes all data in EU data centres with GDPR compliance and a DPA for all paid plans. Its log management tool (Logtail) is based on ClickHouse and offers sub-second log search at a fraction of the cost of Datadog or Splunk. Better Stack is gaining rapid adoption among European SaaS teams as an all-in-one observability and incident management platform.
