FormVault is a privacy-first form builder designed specifically for the EU regulatory environment, providing end-to-end encrypted form submissions using AES-256-GCM. Unlike standard form tools, FormVault encrypts responses at rest — only the form owner holds the decryption key, so FormVault itself cannot read your form submissions. This provides meaningful encryption guarantees for sensitive data such as medical intake forms, legal enquiries, confidential feedback, and financial information. All data is stored and processed in Germany on Hetzner infrastructure with no US subprocessors. FormVault complies with GDPR Article 25 (privacy by design), requires no cookie banners, and offers a drag-and-drop builder, public form links, CSV export, and a submission dashboard. Free tier: 100 submissions per month.
